PRIVACY GUARANTEE

Our pledge to you, our customer, KeepRoaming respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Use of Information. KeepRoaming will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday, and product commentary.

KeepRoaming may share non-personal aggregate or summary information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties, but KeepRoaming does not sell or share any information at the individual customer level.

KeepRoaming recommends that if you are providing information on behalf of a child, use the parent or guardian’s e-mail address and obtain permission from the parent or guardian.

Parental Consent. KeepRoaming requires that children consult with their parents before providing any data about themselves, their purchasing profile, and their families.

Collection of Information on Rental Devices. KeepRoaming will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals for the purpose of renting electronic devices from KeepRoaming. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday, and product commentary.

KeepRoaming may collect tracking information on rental devices for safety reasons during the rental timeframe. This tracking information will be deleted from its database as soon as the device is returned.

Before we use your tracking information for a purpose that is materially different than the purpose we collected it for or that you later authorized, we will provide you with the opportunity to opt out. An individual may opt-out of such uses of their personal data and tracking information by contacting us at the address given below. We will not use sensitive personal information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual unless we have received the individual’s affirmative and explicit consent (opt-in).

International Usage. The Service is owned by KeepRoaming and may be accessed in Europe and abroad. For data protection purposes, KeepRoaming is the controller and, unless otherwise noted, is also the processor of data. Information collected may be retained, and may be stored, processed, accessed, and used in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may be different and less protective than those of your home jurisdiction.
KeepRoaming has also contracted with third party service providers to manage the logistics and customer support for an optimal 24/7 service. Some data needs to be disclosed and transferred to these third party to ensure the fulfilment of the service. All third party involved have been engaged under a binding confidentiality agreement and have a limited access to KeepRoaming database for the purposes of providing support.

Do Not Sell My Data. KeepRoaming doesn’t sell any personal data collected on this website. Similarly, KeepRoaming doesn’t allow any external company involved in shipping or fulfillment of orders to sell private personal information although they may be retained for a limited time.

Cookies. KeepRoaming uses cookies on keeproaming.world and related domains and applications (the “KeepRoaming service”). By using the KeepRoaming service, you consent to the use of cookies.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is small text file that is stored in your web browser after your visit a website. Cookies assist the website in remembering information about your visit, such as your unique browser session and settings. Cookies can help provide you with a better experience when you use the KeepRoaming service.
